single mom of two and i need help

i need help, if someone can help that would be great i have no where to go and no one seems to be able to help,  i am a single mother of two with no money no vehicle no home and i dont know where to ask for help or how to do this, any advice would even be well appreciated

i am a single mom of 3 boys i live in ottertail minnesota my husband passed away in march 2011 and just living on his death benefits and i have one son who is disabled who goes to shriners. i get 73 dollors a month in foodstamps but with the death benefits i get after the bills are paid and some groceries i have no money and i am in desperate need of tires for my car i dont care if there used i have a 2007 pontic vibe i inherited from my dad who passed away 2010 from comitting sucide. this is my only vechicle and was told tires wont last much longer i never asked or beged for help before but i am now i cant work because i have severe back problems and im in remission from cancer but ii lose feeling sometimes in my leg. i am scared driving my children in the car with the tires my oldest has alot of doctors appt for is adhd and odd and depression and is special needs but i have to drive to shriners next month and tires wont last i am begging for help my name is tara my number is 3524705647 is there anyone out there that can help me please

United Way's First Call for Help is an excellent resource, it is a phone line offered in most local communities.  They offer referrals for social services in your community.  They have everything from referrals to transitional housing, agencies that donate cars, offer loans for single-Mom's to purchase a car, holiday help, resources for free clothing, foodshelf, low-cost housing, and much more.  If you have a need I would recommend contacting your local United Way First Call for Help! In Minneapolis the Jermiah Project offers housing for Single Mom's and their children as long as the Mom's are working or in school.  This program provides counseling to help Mom's become self-sufficent.
I once was down and out and now I am finishing my Masters degree, who knew?  Keep your head held up high, and follow your dreams one step at a time.  You never know where they may lead you.
